I love eating and i love cook!! Whenever and wherever i live or sleep-over to someones place,
i always bring my note book that has
a lot of yummy and easy recipe inside. I've been collecting those recipe from any kind of website, tabloid, magazine, newspaper,even from some box of instant food.
So here, i want to share the food and the recipe to you.
Only in this page you can find the yummiest food and drinks that has an easy way to make.
All of the recipe here will entertain you with two language, Indonesian and English. Since most of my recipe collection is written

Recipe- In English

Fluffy Pancakes 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shortening, melted

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Combine the egg, milk and shortening; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  3. Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes; cook until the second side is golden brown.

Pasta Carbonara Icachan Recommendation

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb thick-sliced bacon, diced
  • 1 lb linguini/spaghetti/macaroni
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 table spoon salt
  • 1/3 chopped itallian parsley
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute the bacon in a small skillet until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain well on a paper towel.

  2. Boil the water and cook linguini until firm and tender.
  3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs thoroughly in a large bowl suitable for serving. Have the cooked bacon and the chopped parsley ready at hand.
  4. When the pasta is done, drain it immediately in a colander, and pour into the bowl of eggs and immediately begin tossing it. As the strands of pasta become coated with the beaten eggs, their heat will cook the eggs.
  5. Sprinkle the bacon and parsley on, and serve immediately. This is great with lots of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper.

Pasta Lasagna

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 pound penne pasta
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain. Stir in pasta sauce; remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and beaten egg. Stir until well combined.
  5. In the prepared dish layer half the pasta, half the sauce and half the cheese mixture. Repeat. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 34 to 40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

 Baked Bananas with Ice Cream and Shaved Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • slightly underripe bananas 
  • tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 
  • tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur, such as curacao or Grand Marnier, or orange juice 
  • tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces 
  • pint vanilla ice cream 
  • ounce bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, shaved

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 400° F.
  2. Peel and cut each banana lengthwise in half.
  3. Place the bananas in a single layer, slightly overlapping, in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. P
  4. our the lemon juice over the bananas; sprinkle with the sugar, liqueur, and butter.
  5.  Bake for 15 minutes, spoon the juices over the bananas, and continue baking until soft and lightly browned, about 5 to 10 more minutes.

    To serve, divide the bananas among 6 shallow bowls or plates, top with small scoops of ice cream, and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Beef Satay With Peanut Sauce
 INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 
  • teaspoons soy sauce 
  • teaspoons balsamic vinegar 
  • tablespoon fresh lemon juice 
  • .92-ounce package Good Seasons Roasted Garlic salad-dressing mix
  • pound presliced sirloin 
  • tablespoon sesame oil  
  • Wooden skewers soaked in water

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of the dressing mix, and 3/4 cup water and set aside.
  2. If the beef strips have not already been flattened, gently pound them flat with a rolling pin. In a bowl, toss together the beef, oil, and remaining salad-dressing mix. Coat each strip of beef well and thread a skewer through it.

  3. Broil 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve the satays hot with the dipping sauce.

Resep- Bahasa Indonesia

Ayam Mbok Berek

 

Bahan

  • 1 ayam yg gemuk dan muda
  • 8 bawang merah 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 ibu jari langkuas 4 lembar daun salam
  • garam secukupnya air kelapa
  • minyak utk menggoreng

Cara membuat :

  1. Ayam setelah dibersihkan dibelah dua. Taruh di wajan, bubuhi bumbu-2 ( 2 macam bawang dan garam ) yg telah ditumbuk halus. 
  2. Langkuas dipukul sampai pecah-pecah, salam dibiarkan utuh. Tuangi air kelapa, tutup wajannya, godok dgn api besar. Jika sudah mendidih apinya dikecilkan.
  3. Godok sampai ayamnya empuk. Lalu goreng dgn minyak yg panas sekali.

 

 

Ayam Pop 

Bahan:

  • 4 potong ayam buras (kampung), buang kulitnya
  • 1000 cc air kelapa
  • minyak goreng secukupnya

Bumbu :

  • 4 siung bawang putih, cincang
  • 1 ruas jari jahe, cincang
  • 1 batang serai, memarkan
  • garam dan merica bubuk secukupnya

Untuk Sambal :

  • 5 buah cabai merah, buang biji
  • 3 siung bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
  • 2 helai daun jeruk
  • 1/2 ruas jari serai, memarkan
  • 2 iris tomat
  • 1/2 sdt gula pasir
  • 1/4 sdt garam
Cara Membuat:
  • Rebus ayam bersama air kelapa dan semua bumbu hingga matang
  • Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga berwarna kecokelatan. Angkat, hidangkan dengan sambal
  • Buat sambal : campur semua bahan untuk sambal, lalu masak sebentar. Angkat

Udang Goreng Tepung

Bahan

  • 1 ayam yg gemuk dan muda
  • 8 bawang merah 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 ibu jari langkuas 4 lembar daun salam
  • garam secukupnya air kelapa
  • minyak utk menggoreng

Cara membuat :

California Rolls Sushi

Bahan-Bahan :

500  gram beras
80  ml cuka arak beras
sendok makan gula
sendok teh garam
  Rumput laut kering
  Mayonaise
 
Bahan  Isi (sesuai selera) :
  Alpukat
  Timun
  Telur
  Salmon asap
  Tuna

Cara membuat :

1. Masak nasi seperti biasa.
2. Ketika nasi hampir matang campur dengan cuka arak beras, gula dan garam.
3. Dinginkan nasi dan atur menjadi lapisan tipis di atas satu lembar rumput laut kering.
4. Atur isi yang sudah dipotong melintang di atas satu sisi nasi yang diatur di atas rumput laut.
5. Bumbui dengan mayonaise lalu gulung ke arah berlawanan.
6. Potong-potong dan sajikan.
